Manyana is a quiet coastal village, famed for fantastic year round surfing and fishing, located between Sussex Inlet and Lake Congola less than three hours drive from Sydney and less than 30 minutes from Ulladulla, Milton and Sussex Inlet. The twin villages of Manyana and Bendalong are the ideal location for your relaxing beach holiday or weekend getaway. "Beachbreaks @ Manyana" is ideally located just a short walk from Inyadda Beach (Bendalong Back Beach) and Manyana Beach and a leisurely stroll to Green Island and Lake Conjola. Bendalong's beaches and boat ramp are close by for outside fishing as well as boat ramp access to Lake Conjola and Berringer Lake. There is a tennis court (must bring own racquets and balls), a soccer field, basket ball courts and a skate park in Manyana. The property is pet friendly by negotiation but you pet must remain OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE at all times, so would not be suitable for your pets if they are usually allowed inside your home. The rear yard is fully fenced and the rear deck is fully roofed and closed on two sides in case of inclement weather. Please indicate if you wish to take your pet at TIME OF ENQUIRY.
