Limited opportunities to stay at this property as It is only available once a year around the Christmas and new year's period only Located on the ground floor this apartment offers direct access from your private courtyard to the resort's crystal clear 50 meter lagoon style pool, second heated pool large outdoor spa, and outdoor BBQ area. The space Conveniently located to local shops, cafes and restaurants, walking and cycling paths and patrolled beach areas this bright and breezy poolside apartment is located within the secure resort complex Sand Dunes Resort. The apartment has two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with an ensuite attached to the master bedroom. The open plan living and dining area looks out to the stunning lagoon style pool and offers air-conditioning, TV, and wifi access. There is also an outdoor table setting in your private courtyard in case you would prefer to dine alfresco. The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances and offers everything needed to make your beach side holiday comfortable and the concealed laundry contains a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities for your use. Towels and linen are provided for you. Guest access Guests have access to all the facilities of the resort including the pools, spa, gym equipment and outdoor BBQ area. You require your apartment key to access both the resort and gym area. The pool area is closed between the hours of 9pm and 7am. PLEASE NOTE this is a private booking with the owner direct.
