Pool Safety: The swimming pool was installed prior to 2001 and, per WA regulations for that era, is not fenced. For guest safety, the patio door is fitted with a self-closing slider, and the door from the rear bedroom to the pool area is secured shut. Please supervise children at all times.

There is a separate, private guest house on the property that may be rented out to other guests. The driveway is shared; the left side is for guest house guests, and the right side is reserved for you.

Security: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and a noise decibel monitor inside the home. These devices are for security purposes only.
