Bella Villa is a modern accommodation with quality fittings and stylish decor. The building comprises adjoining 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas. The villas feature separate door entrances but are located side by side, so the accommodation is an ideal choice for a larger family or group wanting privacy but to be staying in the same area. The accommodation is fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, so is ideal for shorter or longer term stay options. The villas are set in a tranquil native garden surrounds but within easy walking distance to the shops.

I am a mixed practice veterinarian living in Central West NSW. I am originally from Scottsdale. I have another property in Scottsdale, known as Belle Cottage, and a cottage in Derby, Tasmania, known as Blue Derby FLOW. I have 2 children and own and manage a sheep, beef and cropping property between Forbes and Condobolin in Central West NSW. I am passionate about promoting North-East Tasmania as an amazing location with so much to offer visitors. I have a manager, Sherilyn, who manages my property for me in Scottsdale.

Scottsdale is the largest population base of North-East Tasmania. It is located in an idyllic rural setting surrounded by mountains, forests and rolling farmland. The very well serviced town of 2000 people is the perfect base for exploring all the unique attractions of North-East Tasmania. Attractions nearby include the Bridestowe Estate Lavender Farm, Barnbougle Dunes and Lost Farm Golf Courses, Blue Derby network of mountain bike trails, North-East Rail Trail, Piper's Brook Winery Trail, and the beautiful beaches of Bridport. Take a scenic drive, savour the food and wine, bushwalk, swim in the ocean or ride a mountain bike - the choice is yours. Stay in Scottsdale and take some time to relax and enjoy all the attractions the North-East of Tasmania has to offer. Bella Villa is an ideal home away from home, centrally located to all the attractions, well equipped, spacious and comfortable.
