The self-contained quaint cottage style studio is strictly non-smoking, as it's in a bush fire potential area, set adjacent to the main property in the grounds of 2 1/2 acres. It is secured behind electric gates. Guests have an undercover parking bay adjacent to the studio. The area is quiet and guests can often enjoy the Kookaburras laughing from the trees. There is one cat and 3 horses in the grounds of the property so if you have severe allergies to any of these then best not stay.
Peter and Sarah have been welcoming guests to The Coach House since 2009. Peter is now semi-retired and is found in the garage maintaining vintage Classic cars. Sarah still works full time, having trained as a registered nurse over 45 years ago when they lived in UK. Peter and Sarah have been married for 45 years. They have 4 married children and 7 grandchildren. If you need any assistance they are on site.
The neighborhood is quiet and private yet only minutes from all amenities. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cinemas all nearby in Carramar, Banksia Grove and Joondalup. The Motor Mall (Wanneroo) raceway is a short drive away. Burns Beach is the nearest beach with cafe.
