Designed for large families and multi-family groups, this spacious residence offers a comfortable mix of shared living areas and private retreats in a peaceful residential setting with uninterrupted ocean views. • Absolute beachfront with direct beach access • Huge 12 metre private pool, heated in winter • Seven bedrooms across two levels, most with ensuites • Multiple indoor and outdoor living and dining areas • Quiet family-focused location between Palm Cove and Trinity Beach The home is spread across two levels with easy indoor-outdoor flow. Large living areas open onto shaded balconies and terraces overlooking the pool, gardens, and beach. The brand new upstairs kitchen connects to the main dining area and opens onto two balconies with beautiful views. A ground floor laundry and kitchenette are ideal for snacks and drinks by the pool. Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements Upstairs includes a private master suite with king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with double shower, and beachfront balcony, plus a bedroom with two king singles. Downstairs offers three king bedrooms with ensuites, one flexible twin room that can convert to a king, and a quad bunk room sleeping four. Upper bunks are suitable for children only. A large central bathroom with a deep bath services this area. The home also includes a separate air-conditioned media room. Outdoors, the heated pool is the largest private pool in the area and suitable for all ages. Ceiling fans are installed throughout, with air conditioning in every bedroom and the media room. BIG Beach House Tranquility is ideal for family holidays. Please note this is a very quiet residential area and strictly not suitable for parties.

A continuous walking and cycling path runs along the coastline, connecting Kewarra Beach to Palm Cove and neighbouring beaches, making it easy to explore the area on foot or by bike. Palm Cove and Trinity Beach are only a short drive away and offer a variety of cafés, restaurants, beachfront dining, boutique shops, and essential services. The area is well suited to families, with shopping centres, supermarkets, and medical facilities located nearby in Smithfield. Cairns City and the marina, where Great Barrier Reef tours depart, are approximately 30 minutes away.
