Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures comfort in the living area. The kitchenette has everything needed for cooking at home, with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave and coffee machine among the thoughtful inclusions, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Pull up a chair at the four-seater dining table for an intimate meal, or take it outside to the private balcony where the alfresco setting and bench seating invite you to linger a little longer over the city views below. The bedroom has been curated for comfort, featuring a king-sized bed with crisp linens, bedside lighting and a built-in robe for easy storage. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and hair dryer, offering a clean and functional space to refresh each day. Tucked away, the hidden laundry includes a washing machine, ironing facilities and essentials for longer visits. Extending the sense of retreat, shared access to the building's pool, hot tub, and sauna provides the perfect way to recharge, all subject to building operating hours. While the apartment does not include a dedicated parking space, paid parking is available along Morphett Street and the surrounding areas on a first-come, first-served basis.
