With the two bedrooms, laundry and bathroom downstairs; this leave the entertaining to be done upstairs with an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and the balcony is a great spot to enjoy a bbq in the warm weather.

Close to the Esperance foreshore, only 600m away from the Tanker Jetty, a beautiful place to take a walk and enjoy a coffee from Coffee Cat or a delicious juice from Sir Juice. Ideally located in the town centre close to shops, restaurants and emergency services. There is car rentals available in town through Avis Car Rental & Bikes and even e-scooters for hire in town to help you get around.
