Bluestone Cottages "The Villa" is a modern terrace house built to complement the adjoining Bluestone Cottages "Shop" heritage cottage . Collectively both premises form part of a niche inner city urban renewal project which has transformed a heritage listed shop that was over 100 years old into a contemporary short term cottage accommodation development. The villa has been designed to integrate into the historic Mort Estate precinct while offering all modern conveniences.

One of the oldest residential areas in Toowoomba. Dominated by wooden cottages in tree lined streets. Just a ten minute walk to the beautiful Laurel Bank Park. CBD on the doorstep with cafes, shops and restaurants.
