Boat Ramp Shack is a great new holiday home. Recently renovated, the property has everything you need for your Coffin Bay Holiday. Situated just off the Esplanade, it is just moments away from the boat ramp, and nearby beaches. The property has has a great open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, leading out onto a fabulous eastern facing deck at the front of the property, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry. The deck is great for outdoor dining, on a beautiful day, or evening, and lovely to sit out there peacefully enjoying a quiet cuppa in the mornings.
