This beautiful, architecturally-designed house, offers spectacular views over Wallis Lake; combine this with some of the most stunning sunsets you can experience on the mid-North Coast of NSW. With its modern coastal decor, expansive open-plan living across 2 levels and superb Wallis Lake views, this home has ample space for 2 families (sleeps 14) and has your own access to the tranquil waters of Wallis Lake. Situated a leisurely 10 minute drive from Forster (north) and Pacific Palms (south), Green Point is a hidden escape that provides easy access to the magnificent beaches of Forster, Seven Mile, Blueys, Elizabeth and Boomerang. You’ll be spoilt for choices when it comes to activities; swimming, boating, fishing, snorkelling, kayaking/stand-up paddle boarding, dolphin and whale watching, bushwalking and cycling. Why not savour the culinary delights of local eateries or visit local markets with their handicrafts and local produce, or maybe some wine tasting; there’s something for everyone.
