Newly renovated holiday house, fully air-conditioned, pet friendly and in great location close to Sylvan Beach, cafes and boating ramp. Set in a quiet location on the Island with ready access to the Bribie Bridge. New kitchen with modern appliances including DeLonghi coffee machine and fully equipped for cooking. New bathroom with quality finishes and luxury amenities. The home features 3 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom has a King bed that can be converted into 2 singles and the second and third bedrooms have Queen beds - just let us know if you want a King or 2 king singles. Sheets and towels all supplied, including beach towels. Outside has a large outdoor covered entertainment area with BBQ, bar fridge and hanging egg chair for you to escape into your favourite book. There's an outdoor shower, beach box with items for your beach play dates, and ample off-street parking for your cars, boat, caravan. Whether relaxing indoors or wanting a Bribie Island adventure, this excellent retreat offers the perfect coastal holiday vibe. Coming for a function - we can suggest the best places to make your trip great - day spa, massage, hairdresser, beauty. Just ask us.
We are Bribie locals so we can give you all the tips on the best places to enjoy. Best to eat, things to do, entertain the kids, bike/run/walk paths, wet weather fun, pet friendly spots.
Our house in a quieter part of Bribie which is what we love. It's close to the bridge, cafes, Sylvan beach and the main Island boat ramp.
