Welcome to Bowral Central Garden apartment , a quite separate and private retreat at front part of an old Bowral red brick house. It is a on safe, secluded and private on half an acre of garden yet only a few minutes on foot from Harris Farm supermarket, Dirty Janes ,The Press Shop Cafe Gumnut Patisserie ,and French Restaurant Lucette on High Street. Enjoy a drink or two with dinner and a safe walk back It is a 8 min walk to to train for an easy trip from the big smoke . Take a river nature walk or bring a bike or two for a country ride all the way along the river to explore Moss Vale or the new Blue Duck cafe in Burradoo You can enjoy the garden have a picnic or touch footy , no worries . The back of the house is a private boutique Bowral Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Clinic with separate access and entry, and you will not be disturbed or bothered. The Clinic opens from 8 am to 4 pm, closed on weekends and operates in a quiet country manner. Your host is a local and is happy to accommodate reasonable requests. Earlier check in or check you depends on booking day before and you will be notified day before if available The apartment is well equipped with essential,including basic grocery staples, coffee , tea , pots and pans ,and maintenance in a orderly clean tidy fashion. Air-condition heating is available as well as bedroom and bathroom heating. Main bedroom is rather large with a Tempur mattress queen bed and sitting sofa. It will allow a cot if required. The second bedroom is a quality comfortable King sofa bed which can be made up as to 2 single or one queen bed. Parking for 1 car is free at front entrance. Weekend parking is available for cars
I have lived in Bowral since 1996 and I am told I am a Local so welcome to my town . I am new at hosting and welcome feedback so I can get it right . 4 Belmore street used be market rose garden and the cottage next to the apartment is the rose gardener's cottage. The late Matron Nancy Reynolds who cared for local Bowral District Hospital from 1955 until 1990 live here until about 2015.
