This is a double-story property with the living room and kitchen upstairs; bedrooms are downstairs. When considering your stay with us: - Please note the friendly owner stays on-site during your stay 😊 as it's an AirBnB. - You'll stay in a private ensuite room that you can lock from the inside. It has aircon for the nasty heat😎 - Washing machine and dryer available for guests staying more than two nights. (But, there is a public laundromat nearby, 450m away) - Our house isn't perfect or spotless, but we do our best to make you happy during your stay. We hope you'll feel the cleanliness of the house. - Skating park, river, boat ramp, lily beach, and Woolworths are all within walking distance. - Smoking is strictly prohibited on or near the property. We're quiet and decent neighbours just like the others around us. so we don't allow smoking in common areas or your private room.
