Positioned less than 700 metres from the shore of Currimundi's Surf Beach and just minutes from a number of other popular coastal beaches and Currimundi Lake, this immaculately maintained home boasts: - Tastefully renovated Hamptons style kitchen - 4 sizeable bedrooms - 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) - 3 living areas including a formal lounge room - Covered entertainment area looking toward the modern in-ground salt water pool - Fully fenced yard - Large back covered patio - Wif and Ac - Pet friendly Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Single Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Single Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Please note - No Access to Garage - Parking available inside secure gate or on street.
