Fully fenced so ideal for small children and pets. Plenty of room to park your cars & boat with a double garage and plenty of private off-street parking. The house has a fully equiped kitchen, including brand new oven & a large 2 door fridge. Relax in the lounge/dining area that has uninterrupted views to the Shoalhaven River, 3 bedrooms (A queen bed in 2 bedrooms & a set of bunks with another pull out single bed in the 3rd bedroom). All bedding including linen & towels are supplied. The bathroom upstairs has a bath, separate shower & w.c with another bathroom downstairs which is ideal when coming in from the river or beach. Enjoy the view while having a bbq on the veranda. Bungalow by the River is right beside the boat ramp so launching your boat won't be a problem.

Shoalhaven Heads is where the river meets the sea at the mouth of the beautiful Shoalhaven River. The river is ideal for sailing, windsurfing & kayaking and Bungalow by the River is right beside the boat ramp. Shoalhaven Heads Beach is the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and an easy stroll from Bungalow by the River. Walk around the river to the patrolled beach where you can swim, surf or just lay on the beach relaxing. With the boat ramp right next door you can launch your boat in minutes for quick access to the fishing in the river or head out to the open waters through Crookhaven Heads. If golf is more your style the all weather Shoalhaven Heads Golf Course is only 1.5km away. Only 2 hours drive south of Sydney, 10 minutes to the historic town of Berry. A pleasant 3 hour drive from Canberra.
