Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. You have your own private access front and back. Large driveway, ideal for vehicles with trailers & boats and an undercover space in the carport. Main living area and Beach Room have split system air-conditioners. Living area & both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The Beach Room sleeps up to four guests with two single beds & two trundle beds. Please note: Bookings for two guests include one queen bed in the master bedroom only. If an additional bed is required, we are happy to provide a single bed in the Beach Room for a one-off charge to cover extra linen and cleaning. This fee also applies to any additional beds requested during your stay.

We are husband & wife and have lived in lovely Gladstone since 2011. We live in the space upstairs with our two dogs which you might see at times in their secure run. Otherwise they will be inside with us. They might bark to say hi but are very friendly. They have never been inside Bushland Breeze, as we adhere to allergy-safe restrictions. Because of which, we are unable to host any other fur-babies. We are also a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING Or VAPING PROPERTY, inside and outside.

Neluna Rise is Gladstone's best kept secret, with just six properties on this small cul-de-sac. Taking full advantage of the 'Beach Room', you can access and have private use of the alfresco area, open up the wall of glazed doors to feel the ‘bushland breeze’. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the rustling leaves, native birds and occasional kangaroos, right in our own back yard. It’s not unusual to spot kookaburra's perched on the fence and neighbouring trees. Our area is like nothing else in Gladstone backing onto hectares of secluded bush-land but being just 3-10 minute drive from most of what Gladstone has to offer and just 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Tannum Sands and Boyne Island. Other attractions include fishing, boating, golf, marina/spinnaker, yacht club, restaurants, theatre, cinema, art museum, botanic gardens, swimming pools with splash zone, the award winning East Shores Water Park, Lake Awoonga and Heron Island. Gladstone is 20 minutes off the Bruce Hwy and can be accessed from three exits. This short detour from the Highway is a halfway point between Airlie Beach (6.5hrs drive) and Brisbane (6hrs drive) and only a 3 hour drive from Hervey Bay.
