Property info

Buxton Manor circa 1908 is an Arts and Craft, State Heritage Listed Manor house of 4 very large & spacious apartments surrounded by a half an acre of English and Australia gardens and a separate Chauffeurs Cottage named Paprika cottage. Each apartment is individually decorated with bespoke antiques, Art and collectibles and features polished Baltic floors and high ceilings. All the apartments have individual access from the extensive gardens. All apartments have individually controlled air conditioning and WIFI and complimentary off-street parking. It is beautifully located on a quiet tree lined residential street with other historic villas and is close to the North Adelaide Shopping center and the O'Connell Street restaurants and cafes. The nearest cafe is 150 meters walk from Buxton manor. There is also the Free City Connector bus one house away which operates for free every 15 minutes 7 days a week. The Adelaide Aquatic center is close by and the area is surrounded by the Adelaide parklands and golf course. The Adelaide Entertainment center is also close by as are a number of hospitals.

Buxton Manor is located in a quiet residential street, close to many restaurants and cafes, the Piccadilly Art Deco cinema, the Adelaide Parklands, the Adelaide City Golf links, the Aquatic center, the Adelaide Oval, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, the Memorial Hospital, the Womens and Children, the Calvary Hospital, the Helping hand center and the fabulous David Roach Gallery and the North Adelaide Baroque concert Hall. It is close to the Memorial Tennis courts and the walking trails of the river Torrens. there are a number of university colleges, St Annes, St Marks & Lincoln College, also the St Peters Cathedral and Carlew Performing Arts Center. The famous "Gov" Hotel noted for its live bands is accessible and there are a choice of 12 other historic pubs in the area. The North Adelaide shopping center caters for all your shopping needs.
