If you're after a beach holiday with a little something extra then this newly renovated house has just what you need. It's only 2 minutes walk to the fully patrolled, dog friendly Mudjimba beach. It's also wheelchair friendly, pet friendly, (teenager friendly!!) & has so many living areas that everyone can have their own kind of holiday. Inside set over 2 floors with polished floorboards & luxurious bedroom carpeting this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home immediately makes you feel relaxed. Downstairs has the kitchen & open plan dining & lounge room with air-conditioning & brand new luxury leather recliners, 60"" LCD, WiFi. When you walk in you know you're on holiday. It also hosts the air-conditioned Master Suite with a King bed, massive walk in robe that takes you through to the ensuite. Off the kitchen with a servery window & door leads to a covered deck area with a BBQ & outdoor dining that overlooks the enclosed backyard where your furry friends & children can freely play. Upstairs there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed & 1 with 2 x king singles, ceiling fans in both with a separate toilet & bath with shower.

Mudjimba is a laid-back coastal town. There is a village feel at the local shops & some days you can have the entire beach to yourselves. It's only a 10-minute drive to the hub of Maroochydore or 30 minutes to Noosa & there is a bus that goes straight past that can take you in either direction. Once you leave you will feel like you really have had a holiday!
