Unwind with the family at our peaceful tiny home retreat. Nestled on 10 acres right on the river’s edge, you’ll never tire of the views and stunning sunsets. Enjoy great fishing and crabbing, or take out one of our two kayaks or the stand-up paddleboard for a day on the water. The home may be small, but it’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you need — and you’re just a 2-minute drive to Woolies or 4 minutes to the beach. PLEASE NOTE: SANDFLIES Being right on the river means we do get sandflies — they’re most active during hot weather, especially in the mornings and afternoons, and are generally not too bad in winter. We provide coils and insect spray, but we recommend bringing your own preferred repellents as well. DOGS We welcome well-behaved dogs at the property; however, please note there are no fences. For their safety, keep your dog under control or on a lead at all times. We have our own dog who usually stays near our house and doesn’t wander, but please keep this in mind. We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog, both in the yard and inside the cabin, to keep the property tidy for everyone. TV The cabin has a smart TV but no aerial connection, so free-to-air channels aren’t available. You’re welcome to log in to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Stan, etc.) via hotspot. A DVD player and a selection of movies are also provided. DOG GROOMING & DAYCARE Our dog grooming and daycare business operates on the property, though it’s located away from the cabin and shouldn’t affect your stay. Daycare runs Tuesday to Thursday, so you may occasionally hear distant barking. If you’d like, you’re welcome to enquire about having your small dog looked after while you’re out.
