This cozy 2 bedroom unit is walking distance to all amenities. The property boasts an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and is equipped with modern appliances. You will have direct access to the pool area and BBQ area. There is a shared laundry available for use and is fully equipped. There is a lock up garage and plenty of space to park a boat. As linen is not supplied in this holiday letting, you will need to bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths). You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
