Canny Breeze The perfect & affordable beach house for family , friends, boaties plus the family pet Three bedrooms 1 bathroom sleeping 6 people Main bedroom with queen bed, sofa, TV, air con & ceiling fans 2nd bedroom with double bed & fan 3rd bedroom has a set of bunks Spacious self contained kitchen with family size fridge & large oven & stove Open plan lounge & dining area with seating, TV, sofa lounge, coffee table, board games, ceiling fan & air conditioner Bathroom is very modern & includes a luxurious bath , shower & hair dryer Laundry with washing machine, vacuum, iron & ironing board Outdoor areas provide a large 8 seater dining setting, outdoor lounge & chairs, gas BBq, hammock, outdoor shower, fire pit ( byo wood) Wifi not provided Maximum of 2 dogs permitted in the fenced yard. A small dog maybe permitted inside restricted areas on approval. Linen is supplied just bring your beach towels
