A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand for expansion into other areas became apparent and A Perfect Stay was born. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).

Access to Clarkes Beach is an eight minute walk via Paterson Street and Tallow Beach is a stunning walk which takes ten minutes. The iconic lighthouse is about an hour return walk from Cape Breeze. The Beach Hotel and the Jonson Street shopping precinct s 1.2 km away via Lawson Street along Main Beach or via Marvel Street through the sports fields. It is ideal for a pleasant stroll to restaurants or an evening ice cream to mingle with the eclectic throng in the CBD.
