This well appointed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, full bathroom with laundry offers all you need for your visit to Perth. Shops, restaurants and great parks are easy walking distance. Elevator to your floor avoids stairs and you have access to the complex pool , fitness center and tennis court. Unlimited WIFI. This Gem apartment oozes convenience.
