The property asks that all kitchen facilities that are used are washed and put away and that the dishwasher is packed and switched on prior to departure. The BBQ needs to also be wiped down with paper towels that are stored in the kitchen. The property will charge a $40 cleaning fee, per hour ($70 per hour on public holidays) if the villa requires extra time to clean.

Please note that this property is strictly nonsmoking throughout. A $100 fee will apply if specialty cleaning is required, such as removing lingering cigaret smoke. Please dispose of all cigaret butts responsibility.

Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants per accommodations type. Noise is to be kept to a minimum.
