This apartment is on the main street of Cooktown, walking distance to the shops, pubs and attractions. Sleeps a total of 7 people and has a large parking area out the back for a trailer. Both rooms have bedside table with a lamp and a dresser. There is a large mirror in the main bedroom with the extra single bed in it that is on rollers and can be moved if needed. There are no fans, but the aircons are in each bedroom and the lounge room. There are also 2 windows on the street side and a crime safe screen door at the back if you would like to have the place open for fresh air that should flow through. A fan can be organised if needed. The TV just needs your own login and passwords for NETFLIX and the other services that it provides. It also has free to air TV. The mattress on the sofa is pretty good, but if you need more comfort there us a extra bamboo mattress under the bed in the smaller bedroom. There is a 3 seater couch as well as small coffee tables. The dinning table can be adjusted to a smaller size to gain more room if needed. There is a front terrance that is a shared area with the other business in the building. If you need something else to make your stay more comfortable, please don't hesitate to ask.

Walking distance to shops. Taxi's available. Courtesy buses home from the pubs if needed.
