This beautifully appointed freestanding family home is centrally located between Shellharbour Village and Shellharbour Marina. Walk 5 minutes to the Village for cafes, shops and local markets, or enjoy the walking track to Shell Cove and the Marina, with waterfront dining and restaurants nearby. North and South Beaches are approximately a 10-minute walk away. The home features 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 Queen beds and 2 Single beds, 2 full bathrooms including a bathtub, plus a downstairs powder room. Enjoy ducted air conditioning, spacious open-plan living, a second living area with dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and pantry essentials, internal laundry, clothesline, gas BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Guests have access to the entire property except the single garage, with one driveway parking space and additional street parking. Nearby attractions include Shellharbour Marina (3-minute drive), Shellharbour Village (5-minute walk), Jamberoo Action Park (22-minute drive) and Stockland Shellharbour (8-minute drive). Dunmore Train Station and local bus services provide public transport options. **Age Restriction:** The primary guest must be 21 years or older. We do not accept schoolies, hens/bucks events or party bookings. This is a strictly no-party, no-noise property located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. **Mid-Stay Cleaning:** All stays longer than 14 nights require a professional clean every 14 days throughout the booking. Additional cleaning charges apply and a payment request will be issued for bookings over 14 nights. Guests are responsible for general tidying and maintaining the property between scheduled cleans. Linen and bath towels are provided; please bring beach towels. All bookings must comply with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct. Guests must complete the online check-in form before arrival.
