Located in one of the most highly sought-after streets in Adelaide. Home is ideal for family break to beach with 3 bedrooms, including detached rear studio. Stunning ornate features throughout, soaring ceilings, beautiful timber floorings and feature fire places. - Fully serviced kitchen, gas cooktop and coffee machine - Two bathrooms with bath and overhead shower - Split system reverse cycle air conditioning - Separate outdoor laundry with washer dryer Gardens are beautifully landscaped!

- 950 maters to the Semaphore beach - 2 minutes walk to cafes, pub, restaurants, take away shops, petrol station, liquor shop (sells local beer and wines) and supermarkets - 950 maters to the Semaphore beach playground (gated) which is suitable for toddler to older children. There is a pretty old steam train ride for children right next to the playground too - Free street parking is available directly in front of house. - 6 minutes walk to Peterhead train station which will take you to the Adelaide CBD without changing trains.
