Stargaze, daydream, and share quality time with your loved ones. The luxurious furnishings and prime position make it the perfect spot for a Southern Highlands getaway. Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Located in the heart of the picturesque Southern Highlands village of Exeter, the home is only a stone's throw from the renowned Exeter General Store which serves a wonderful cup of coffee and local home-made provisions. Moss Vale is a 15 minute drive through picturesque farmland, and Bowral a 20 minute drive. The wineries, wedding venues and other attractions of the Southern Highlands are all within easy driving distance. How is the property laid out? Chislehurst has a grand entrance hallway that leads to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals, including modern appliances, elegant crockery and glasses. Please note there is no microwave. The lounge area has plenty of seating for everyone, as does the dining table with bench seating. There is a second living space with a TV at the front of the house. There are 4 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and an ensuite that has a shower and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen size bed, and bedroom 4 has two sets of bunk beds. The shared bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet.

The Southern Highlands is a beautiful rural area, located only 2 hours from Sydney. It has pretty countryside, beautiful homes, working dairy farms, vineyards, great golf courses and spectacular national parks. The area caters for all interests as you can explore cafes, restaurants, historical pubs and numerous towns and villages. Or if you are more adventurous, take a beautiful country drive through the rolling hills of the area, explore a waterfall, or do a bushwalk in one of the nearby national parks!
