It offers a single lock up garage, private courtyard with an outdoor shower and a huge upstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor table setting, allowing you to capture the most of the beautiful sub tropical Byron climate. There are three bedrooms downstairs with the master Queen bedroom coming equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom with a walk in robe. The other two bedroms have twin singles. A second bathroom with a bath and laundry is also located downstairs.
