"Clifton Gardens" is a nicely developed property on the outskirts of Orange, just 10 minutes drive to the city centre. We have well established trees and gardens providing a park-like setting and provide 2 well appointed and private suites for guests. Each suite is in a separate wing of the building with private entrances and accesses to the gardens. There is a heated swimming pool to be enjoyed in the Summer months. Both suites are air-conditioned with plenty of heating and the Winter Suite has a log-fire for our Winter nights. The is an ample supply of CD music and DVD movies to keep you entertained after hours. Each suite also has tea/coffee making and a refrigerator. Quality furnishings, linen, towels and soaps are provided for your comfort.
Kay & John have had extensive professional careers and also 30 years in the hospitality industry. We have operated Clifton Gardens B&B for the past 15 years and enjoy meeting people and providing quality short stays to Orange region visitors.
We are located just 5 minutes from the edge of Orange in a quiet rural location. There is abundant birdlife, an occasional kangaroo plus at times some sheep, horses or alpacas passing by our boundaries.
