Welcome to this classic 1890s recently renovated double fronted cottage which is situated on a magnificant, quiet, tree lined street with direct route to the city via Prospect Rd or Main North Rd (11 mins by bus). It is close proximity to major sporting and art events. This home is also situated within a 4 min walk to Prospect Rd and 5 min walk to NorthPark Shopping Centre and Sefton Plaza. There you will find supermarkets, postoffice, cinema, large range of specialty shops, & great dining.

Prospect is a quintessential hipster inner-northern suburb, and approximately 5 mins from the city. It has excellent public transport. Prospect Rd is a bustling strip that has exploded in recent years with an influx of trendy cafes, wine bars, and gourmet eateries, attracting visitors from near and far.
