BRIEF PERSONAL HISTORY: We’re married for 30 years and live in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Hilary is from South Africa. She emigrated with her family to Australia when she was 10 years old. We’ve both worked in aged care and disability services. In 2014, I focused on the business of short stay holiday rentals. I love wearing Hawaiian Shirts. I dream of travelling and working at the same time. For me it’s going to be a Working Holiday! TRAVEL HISTORY: We love traveling. We’ve been to: • Vanuatu • New Caledonia • Fiji • New Zealand • Papua New Guinea • UAE • Singapore • Taiwan • South Africa We’re looking forward to a trip to Canada in September 2018. Travelling can be stressful. We know the needs of guests who travel. HOLIDAY RENTAL HISTORY: We started with one holiday rental in 2004. By 2014 we had 7 holiday rentals. We have been using online booking channels for the last 14 years. We want to take it to the next level. Now we’re registered as Aussie Chillout Pty Ltd.

There are also 2 single foam mattresses that can be used in the lounge area. ► BBQ & outdoor entertaining in Back Yard Gazebo ► Swimming Pool ► Shared laundry downstairs on ground floor As access to this property is up a flight of stairs, it is not suitable for frail, aged or disabled persons. Front Stairs is Spiral Stair Case and Back Stairs is Normal Concrete Stairs. Quiet neighbourhood apart from barking dogs occasionally. Workers, Sales Persons and Tradies Welcome Mid-Week.
