The fully equipped kitchen includes ample kitchenware, a plumbed fridge, gas cooktop and Nespresso coffee pod machine, making it ideal for extended stays and family meals. Also located downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, main bathroom and fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. The living area flows seamlessly out to the covered outdoor entertaining space, complete with plenty of seating and a BBQ overlooking the private heated pool — the perfect setting for long afternoons and relaxed evenings with family and friends. An outdoor shower is also available, ideal for rinsing off after a swim or beach day. Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious master retreat featuring a king bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite. This level also includes a second living area with TV, two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate toilet, providing plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, the private pool is heated year-round for added comfort, with temperatures maintained up to a maximum of 28°C depending on weather conditions and seasonal temperatures.
