Property info

Lovely 3 bedroom air conditioned townhouse with all the mod-cons located an easy walk to town centre, beaches, restaurants, cafes, local pub and Country Club for a meal, golf or bowls. Split level, open plan living with 2 lounge areas, 3 TV's & 1 DVD player, laundry with washer & dryer, 1 outdoor setting. Unit has a gas BBQ and outdoor surfers shower to wash the sand off when you return from your walk to the beach. Great spot for a family holiday. Park the cars in the double lockup garage (2.1m high door) and walk to the local attractions. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email. Please note this property is strictly no pets permitted due to allergy issues. If pets are found to have been at the property a deep clean fee will be charged.
