This house is suitable both for tradespeople and families that would like to be within walking distance of the town. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a second toilet makes it handy for everyone. An enclosed yard if young ones need to run off some energy, so no swings etc as there is a park within walking distance of the property. So if you are here for work or pleasure and you don't want to spend all the time in the car and just want to relax or come home from work and cook a meal the whole house is available to you.
I have been in Geraldton now for 44 years so consider it home, with grown children and grand children this is a wonderful town to live and work in. A traffic jam is maybe waiting for a second turn at going through the lights ie 3 minutes, we have a range a great restanrants and shops, cinema, parks and best of all the beach. So come and see what Geraldton has to offer either for work or pleasure.
You can walk down to the Catholic Cathedral and enjoy the history of the Monseignor Hawes displays, up the road the the Church of England Catherdral. Walk into town and go the the Geraldton Museum to see the Batavia exhibition, we have an art gallery and plenty of different foods on offer from many different countries, these are expanding all the time
