Kangaroos travel through the property everyday. 20 acreas to explore. 3 dams & Caladonian Creek on the property. Beautiful sunsets & bird life. Locate 5 mins from Ballarat - Skipton Rail Trail
I like talking to & meeting new people. I travelled internationally every 9 weeks for 16 years so I have stayed in countless accomodations & know what people like.
Smythesdale located 6 mins away. Has IGA supermarket, The Court House Hotel with great meals & a cafe that serves locally produced fresh food. Very nice. Ballarat is only 14 mins away with any resteraunt you desire. Families love to visit the attractions such as Soverign Hill, Kryal Castle & The Wildlife Park
