Our charming three-bedroom house is a coastal retreat that offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. An ideal choice for your next getaway. Conveniently located in the heart of Inverloch, walking distance to town center, shops, beach and a super quick walk to the local winery - Dirty Three Wines, to the café and art shop - Bluette on Bear and to the amazing butcher Chapmans!! A fully fenced private backyard, offers an ample space for children and pets to play. This is our family holiday home that we want to share with you. We love this space! An ideal place to relax, read a book by the fire with that amazing local Pinot noir or Chardonnay. High ceilings, offering natural light, character and just that home feeling. We also have solar power and a composting bin for all your kitchen vegetable and fruit scraps. All fresh and new linen is provided, as well as bath towels and tea towels. The total price is calculated based on the number of guests included in the booking. The house is set up accordingly, and only the bedrooms required for the confirmed guest count will be accessible. If guest numbers change, the reservation must be updated before access to additional bedrooms can be provided. Additional cleaning and guest fees may apply. Kitchen is fully equipped Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and spices and olive oil is provided. This is also our holiday house so we have certain areas designated for private use, and some personal items remain on site - all is labelled in the house so there are no confusions. Beautiful native garden, visited by many local birds, possums and, sometimes a Koala. It is fully fenced and secure for children and pets

Quiet neighbourhood with the added benefit of a 2 min walk to the local winery and beautiful cafe. Town centre and the beach is only a short 10 min walk
