Great layout suitable for multifamily stays with adults rooms off to sides of the house and bunk rooms off the middle of the house with views from open plan kitchen/living /dining areas. This is purely a holiday rental and no one shares the house with you, when you book you are booking the entire house. We encourage family stays or quiet groups of friends as we are very conscious of noise and disturbance to our neighbours. Strictly no parties or music past 9 pm. To keep the rates low linen is an optional extra allowing you to take your own to save that part of the cleaning cost. If you would like linen supplied then the extra cost; includes sheets, towels and pillowcases and the beds will be made up for you. Strictly no Smoking Extra guests must be paid for over 4 people. This is not a party house- Strictly no parties or loud noise past 9 pm allowed as we have permanent neighbours around us. Pets are allowed but we ask that they keep off the beds and the furniture and that any mess is cleaned up after them.

Culburra Beach is a great sleepy seaside town and fishing village with surf beach and access to 2 great lakes, headland and lighthouse. Only 2 1/2 hours from Sydney and located 15 min east of Nowra, Culburra is the perfect destination for a family accommodation or a weekend away. The luxury villa when hired comprises of water on all sides, it's a popular surfing, fishing, kayaking spot and also known for its excellent oysters. This group accommodation in Culburra is a small seaside town and a popular holiday, fishing and surfing location. Local industries include oysters, shrimp, and prawns. It has two surf beaches, Culburra Beach and Warren Beach. The town is flanked by the Crookhaven Culburra is situated to the east of Nowra and towns of Greenwell Point and Callala Bay are only 10 min away. Surrounded by two lakes and 2 surf beaches, Culburra has become a deservedly popular tourist destination. Unlike other towns Culburra has remained small and relatively untouched and yet has the convenience of a full size Woolworths tucked away at the back of the main strip of shops. Dining out options are a select few however the Little Snapper restaurant is worth booking into and Loco Lane is new and open weekends for the Mexican vibe and cocktails. Otherwise is kind of cool just to hang at the beach house and not leave. The activities in the area are mainly comprised of surfing, fishing, walking, kayaking, exploring all the towns in the region, and further down the coast diving, whale watching and ocean fishing.
