Facilities at the park include EFTPOS, swimming pool, large undercover BBQ with a crab cooker (for Mandurah's famous blue manna's), We also have a Pizza oven and a playground.

Twin Waters Caravan Park is a quiet shady park ideally located nestled between Melros Beach and the Estuary, 3 mins south of the Dawesville Cut bridge.

Neighborhood info

Associated water activities, boat ramp access is only a few mins away. The Cut Golf Course and Lawn Bowling Club are within 5 mins and there are 5 restaurants to choose from plus numerous take-aways and two supermarkets within 7 min. The park is only 15 mins from Mandurah CBD boasting Summer Concerts, Festivals, Mandjar Markets, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, Art Gallery, Dolphin Tours, Movie theatres, Taverns, Night Clubs, Historical sites and many more tourist attractions. Next door we also have a IGA, Doctors surgery, Chemist and IGA Liqueur.
