We are ‘Fleurieu Accommodation’, a locally owned family business managing Holiday Homes among a seaside village located just over an hours drive South of Adelaide on the main route to Kangaroo Island. We are set in one of the most beautiful and diverse regions of South Australia. ''We live it, you'll love it!''

The name says it all really! Single story holiday home with relaxing and inviting décor centrally located right in the heart of South Bay Carrickalinga, only mere minutes’ walk from the water’s edge. Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together. Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular in this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 3-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse, and restaurant. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.
