Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are requested to inform the Phenix Resort in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that some of the 2-Bedroom Apartment, 2 Queens, Balcony apartments can only be accessed via stairs. No more than 2 pets are permitted in pet friendly rooms.
