A nineteenth-century renovated cottage with an enormous established garden a few minutes walk from the Royal Mail Hotel, Wickens restaurant and the end of the Grampians Peaks Trail.
Perfect for those seeking peace and seclusion. Garden and nature lovers.
Bordered by an olive grove, Salt Creek and the walking path leading between the town and the Arboretum, this is the ideal location for all your South Grampians and Dunkeld plans.
The cottage is at the top corner of a 6100 sqm block that is 1.5 acres.

This is a small town so a neighbourhood is less relevant, however, we are on the high side of town closer to the mountains.
A lot of large trucks pass through the town. We are away from the main street (Parker Street) offering you greater tranquillity.
The pathway to the Dunkeld Arboretum goes right past the back gate.
Parking is easy, walking is fine.
