Welcome to your relaxing stay at the Windsor Gardens Caravan Park – right on the banks of the River Torrens! Perhaps you thought it was too costly to stay so close to the city? Well think again! We offer a quiet, relaxing and affordable place to stay just 7 kms from the Adelaide City Centre. Our park is set amongst the many beautiful native animals and runs alongside the famous River Torrens and the breath-taking Linear Park. In addition to the welcoming service from our friendly staff and being pet friendly on sites, our park provides Powered Sites for caravans, camper vans, camper trailers and motorhomes. Or perhaps you may prefer to have a roof over your head in either our 1 or 2 bedroom Ensuite Cabins (some with river views) or our Budget Units. The choice is yours!
From the beachside suburb of Henley Beach to Paradise in the city’s north-east, the River Torrens Linear Park is the ideal choice for families and those looking for a leisurely walk, run or cycle, and is ideal for all fitness levels including families with small children. The trail runs right through the city centre, passing the Adelaide Festival Centre, Adelaide Convention Centre and Adelaide Zoo, providing an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Footbridges are located at regular intervals, allowing users to walk or cycle shorter sections and loop back to their starting point.
