This spacious, open plan top floor unit is East facing, capturing the lovely sea breeze through the screen doors that open up to a large balcony with unbeatable ocean views. The three bedroom property is perfect for a family getaway or a romantic trip for two, and is set up for all of your holiday needs. Sit and enjoy the stunning view from the large breakfast bar and, to ensure your comfort, there are ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. The unit is within walking distance to the beautiful Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach and also Caloundra CBD, so you will not be stuck for things to do! Edgecliffe also offers a lift, swimming pool and undercover security parking (Not suitable for 4WDs or vans) for your convenience. Linen is included, beds are not made due to linen company used. Each property has a refundable bond which will be charged when your balance is due.
