Conveniently located just a 10-minute stroll from Launceston’s City Centre and Aquatic Centre, we're also right next door to Coles and Kmart—perfect for all your essentials. What’s included: Free Wi-Fi Complimentary parking for one vehicle per booking (Please note: additional car parking is subject to availability and may incur a fee.) Reception Hours: Open daily: 9.00am – 5.00pm Reception is closed on public holidays. Arriving outside reception hours? No problem! If you’re arriving after hours or on a public holiday, please contact us in advance so we can organise a self-check-in for your stay. We’ll send a form via Jotform for you to sign and provide your vehicle registration and photo identification. You will need to call the hotel directly to provide a credit card for security. A fee may apply if these aren’t provided. A few things to keep in mind: Most of our Queen Motel Rooms are on the first floor. If you require a ground-floor room, please request this when booking—availability is limited. The 2-Bedroom Upstairs Apartments have internal stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility or health concerns. Our Standard Queen Rooms and 2-Bedroom Apartments do not include an oven, stovetop, or washing machine. Travelling with a group or family? Our spacious 3-Bedroom Apartments are spread across two levels—with living areas downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Elphin Serviced Apartments are located in the leafy suburb of East Launceston. Beautiful art-deco homes line the Elphin Road strip. The area is popular for those early morning walks or late afternoon strolls. We are a short 5-minute walk from City Park the home of many of Launceston's events and festivals. We have a small shopping center directly across the road with a 24-hour Kmart, newsagent, butcher, bottleshop, cafe, and chemist as well as Coles supermarket which trades from 6.00 am - 10.00m daily.
