EOS 2 is only a short walk away from the town centre and Esperance Foreshore. The large enclosed backyard makes for a perfect space for the kids to run around and enjoy the sunshine. This self-contained duplex property offers 3 bedrooms; with 2x queens and 1x single, 1 bathroom and a open plan dining, living and kitchen area. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Bedroom 1 & 2 offer a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. A large enclosed backyard. Lock box located the property for shelf check in. Please be mindful of noise as this property is a duplex and the front unit is occupied. There is car rentals available in town through Avis Car Rental & Bikes and even e-scooters for hire in town to help you get around. Pets are not permitted at this property. Our home is fully furnished with quality linen on all beds and bath towels. We would advise bringing your beach towels if you plan on having a dip at our beaches.
