Sliding doors open onto a covered patio area with dining, offering a comfortable space to enjoy fresh country air throughout the seasons. The backyard provides additional room for children to play or for guests to unwind outdoors. A dedicated workspace creates a practical setup for remote work or study, while ducted heating and cooling keep the home comfortable year-round. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and wardrobe storage, while the third bedroom offers a single-over-double bunk ideal for families or friends travelling together. The fourth bedroom includes a single bed alongside a single bunk bed, plus bedside lighting and wardrobe space. The main bathroom includes a shower and spa bath for relaxing at the end of the day. You’ll find laundry facilities like a washing machine and an iron, plus there’s covered parking in the carport, and you can find extra spots on the street. The garage is not available for use.
