What a great spot for a holiday! This 2 bedroom unit caters for absolutely everyone, fantastically located on the 2nd level right in the middle of Kings Beach close to shops, resturants, a childrens playground and waterfountain. The unit is very close to the ever popular Kings Beach with a safe patrolled beach and all other amenities that a family on holiday could wish for. This fresh unit is fully equipt with a dishwasher, ceiling fans , washing machine and dryer so you can just sit on the east facing balcony and enjoy the views over Kings Beach and the Shippings Lanes. Fair Havens offers a swimming pool and secure parking! Linen is included, beds are not made due to the linen company used. Each property has a refundable bond which will be charged when your balance is due.
