Fat Frog Beach Houses are five outstanding detached residences within walking distance of the Byron Bay township and popular Belongil Beach. At the rear of the site is the Cumbebin Nature Reserve and main bike path that links the increasingly popular West Byron precinct to the main township. This very secluded development comprises five double storey beach homes, utilising the most current interior design flavours and technology features. Each home includes two ground level en suited master bedrooms, two additional bedrooms at first level, open plan kitchen / meals / lounge with a seamless flow to a covered entertainment deck with BBQ and individual pool. The four bathrooms, laundry and kitchen are all appointed with beautiful stone tops, high-end appliances and finishes and large storage areas. Much attention has been made to the built-in study nooks; and the bedroom, entertainment and BBQ joinery to provide a sense of luxury and style. Double car garages with internal access, landscaped and beautifully lit external areas complete this fantastic new location.
